How do I cancel a subscription?
If you’d like to cancel a subscription you signed up for through Apple (such as Party Prince Premium or Party Prince Black), just follow these steps:
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
- Select “Subscriptions.”
- Find and tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm your choice.
On Mac:
- Open the App Store.
- Click your name at the bottom left, or sign in.
- Click “Account Settings” at the top right.
- Scroll to “Subscriptions” and click “Manage.”
- Click “Edit” next to the subscription and choose “Cancel Subscription.”
On the web (for some services):
- Visit https://appleid.apple.com and sign in.
- Go to “Media & Purchases” → “Manage Subscriptions”, if available.
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are generally not issued for unused time.
